ArvanCloud provides various levels of technical support services. In the new pricing method, both educational documents and the ArvanCloud forum are accessible for free, along with sending emails and tickets. Cloud experts will answer users’ questions in the forum. In addition, users of paid products have access to free phone calls.
Plans
  • Basic Plan: Users who utilize ArvanCloud for free can access help, educational documents and users’ forum. They can also contact the support team through sending tickets. Users can access ArvanCloud Adoption through Basic plan support calculated through Pay As You Go.
  • Growth Plan: This plan is free for users who have ArvanCloud premium products or their monthly usage of Cloud Container and Cloud Server exceeds €7.6.
    In the Growth plan, aside from having free access to the forum and educational documents, your sent tickets will be replied to in less than 12 hours. In addition, you are provided with the option to make phone calls to the support team between 9 am and 5 pm on holidays.
  • Professional Plan: If your business is booming and you provide important services where technical issues need to be fixed as fast as possible, the Professional Support plan is suitable for you. In this plan, your tickets will be answered in less than 4 hours and you have the option to make phone calls 24/7. Other features of this plan include 99.9% support services, messenger support and 5-hour monthly use of ArvanCloud Adoption service.
  • Enterprise Plan: Big enterprises and organizations needing continuous and accurate technical support can use this plan. This plan includes all the features of the Professional plan, with the tickets being answered in less than 30 minutes. The quality of service in the contract will be 99.9% with the ArvanCloud Adoption service being provided in the highest quality possible. A dedicated team of ArvanCloud experts will be in charge of technical support for your products and services.

Terms of Use
Whether your wallet balance has exceeded €7.6 for the past month or you are already using one of the premium plans (Growth, Professional and Enterprise), the Growth support plan will be automatically activated for you, however, if you have a negative balance or have made payments short of €7.6 in the last 31 days, your Growth plan will downgrade to the Basic plan.
Professional plan activation is instantaneous, but it cannot be deactivated or downgraded in less than 7 days. In case you are using the Professional plan and your wallet balance has turned negative, your support plan will remain active for 30 days and your plan will not be downgraded.
ArvanCloud Adoption
ArvanCloud Adoption includes technical proceedings in designing integrated cloud solutions and migration to cloud infrastructures provided through ArvanCloud partners.
These services are presented in two groups. First, infrastructure design consultation, including expert opinion on design and migration of businesses to cloud infrastructure. Second, infrastructure installation, including cloud and cloud architecture installation for businesses.

Comparing Prices
The main difference in ArvanCloud Support services compared to the past is the phone call option. As of now, customers who have premium plans can make free phone calls where they are prioritized, as well as have free access to educational documents, sending tickets, email and forums plans. Additional Usage
If your usage exceeds the predetermined amount set for each plan, it is considered as additional usage. Customers of the Professional plan can access extra hours for their ArvanCloud Adoption service and the additional expenses for consultation and cloud infrastructure installation are calculated through Pay As You Go.
Furthermore, users of Basic and Growth plans can utilize ArvanCloud Adoption services. Accordingly, consultations for infrastructure design and cloud infrastructure installation are calculated hourly as €10 and €20, respectively. The amount will be deducted from your wallet. Comparison with other providers
